Mrs Bama Selvaraj and her team reassured me and explained every step of the way of the procedure. I felt they were in control and I felt as if I could trust them. Treated me with dignity and respect. They really are a lovely team and a credit to the NHS.

The whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and I was constantly assured throughout the whole process. Friendly team assisting too.
